License problem

A couple of days ago my virus license expired. I bought a new one at the online shop. Got the license number in my mailbox and converted it on the registration portal. 

Right now the license screen in webadmin shows this:
Registration date: 30 oct 2001
Virus protection: Enabled, valid until expired

When I try to activate the virusscanner is says I have no valid license for it.

  • Problem solved. I had to upgrade the old license through the registration portal......

    Does this mean that you upgraded your "original" license (without antivirus) or you upgraded the previous license (with antivirus) that the antivirus had expired on?
    Just so I know when my renewal time comes around.
