IPTables: Bad rule

ANYONE ???

I got that same error but I ignored it. It popped to console once.

I also see it on my firewall .. could some please give some kind info on what this message is? 

Update : A search on deja.com resulted in a little help, but i don't know if its the same problem :

here also the same ?problem?.

my console window is full of this message. but i can`t find this message in any log file. from where does it come? what means this message? does it mean any behavior with the filter rules security?
