wierd connection tracking

Found this on "connection tracking" just tought it seemed wierd that it uses port 12345
anyone spoofing me?

you find all connections in the connection
tracking even those connected through localhost.
What you see is the licenseserver listening on
port 12345 - don't worry [;)]
