SMB authentication

The SMB authentication in Astaro seems to be a little pointless, and the Radius connection seems flakey with IAS on Win2k so I was thinking maybe you could use a better SMB auth package, and I came across this:

Anybody know if this could be added, and how it would be done.

That is a nice trick to have groups in SMB, although it's a bit "non-standard"

I'd rather recommend RADIUS, what is "flakey" about it ?
