Backup on Floppy drive

I would like to make a Weekly Backup to the Local Floppy Drive from the ASL. Can someone tell me how i can make this or isnt possible to make a Backup to the local Floppy

would be easier to send it via mail weekly (Astaro can do that) and then save it on floppy...

But i Think with this solution a can make the Backup automatic to Media (Floppy)

Hi,
Out of the box ASL has no support for Floppy drives (which is a security feature, not a bug). Since a floppy media is IMHO absolutely _not_ reliable (how many floppies did I throw away in the past because they just stopped working? must have grown to an impressive pile in the meantime ...), there really are better options.
Take my advice and stick to the E-Mail backup, if it's possible.

Ok a have understand your vote. I think its better to make the Backup with the E-Mail Option
