I have a rather simple question.

If a port is being forwarded, for example... port 23... to another server, 

and then a careless admin comes along and sets WebAdmin's port to 23..

Which will take precedence?  

And if port forwarding does...how does one reset WebAdmin to another port?

    it's forwarding first ;-) but it's easy to fix, go to the command line which is still accessable on the box itself and login as root. take a look at the file /etc/wfe/conf/settings, there is the WebAdmin port. Change it, save it and it should work. For editing the file use 'joe' or 'vi'.
