Power user license

Hi,

I'm a student and do not have a credit card, nor access to fax atm. Is there another way to request a power user license?

What is going on with the power user license????? I have faxed in my paperwork 4 times now and have yet to recieve anything!!!!!!! This is frustrating.

you do not need a credit card to get a power user license.

Another way ist to use SMAIL ......

I saw the form and thought you needed to fill in the credit card information (to verify or something)
