Well, could you be just a tad bit more specific?

Make sure you check for traffic on UDP port 2002.  I got this message when the Slammer worm came through...

please check the output of 'ps auxf' to see which processes are running and generated the high cpu load. Then post this information here, so we can tell you wether this is normal or not (or what to do next) :-)
