Yea, I meant where’s the link to download the application and fax instructions etc.. I am overlooking it somewhere on this site.

You know I don’t understand that FAX only rule. Email is quicker, cheaper and environment friendly "except for disturbing a few electrons" and it just seems logical compared to the current.

not everyone has a fax machine or access to one. even if one has a fax app on his computer, which some are free, one would still need a scanner and phone line. I personally use a cable modem, and the only phone I have is my mobile.

Its simple, you download the form from astaro's licensing site in word format. open the document, fill it out and email astaro the attachment which they print out on “Paper” if so desired and email you the new key.  I am not trying to start something on this, I am just saying it’s more cumbersome then it should be, and costs “wastes” not only the requester but astaro money practicing the current method.

The problem is the electronic signature,in some
states of EUROPE is not legalized by the law.
