Blocked out of WebAdmin

I needed to forward the HTTPS port to a internal MS exchange server, however, I didn't change WebAdmin's port before doing this. So now the HTTPS port forwards to my Exchange OWA server, but I can no longer access the WebAdmin. The rule that was setup for the DNAT was All->Exchange OWA. Is there a way I can fix this via SSH command line? Any help much appreciated.

SSHed in and edited the settings file in the /etc/wfe/conf directory. That was easy enough.
