Hello all,
I am pricing out a new installation of ASL 3.2 with virus protection (one year updates, one year virus) for a client of mine. They are a non-profit org. but that's secondary to my question. Has the license for ASL changed how the purchase price is determined? I seem to recall a year or two ago that you could have up to 100 internal IPs on an interface NAT'd to one external IP and you only had to pay the amount based on the number of external IPs you were protecting. Not the internal ones. Was this only on the home license? I understand the pricing sheet details that the cost determination is calculated based on all devices with IPs for ASL 3.2. I just wanted to find out if that's all external AND internal IPs or still just the external "real" addresses you use on the firewall as this will drastically affect the purchase cost for my client (50+ devices on internal IP network).
Thanks!
