Power User License not working

Two issues

Got my power user license and typed it into the registration portal which returned a code.

I have tried entering this code multiple different ways into the FW to get it to register including typing it myself, cut and paste via notepad, copy direct etc etc etc. Each time it comes up as unregistered.

Its not a major problem at the moment but will be in a few weeks.......

Second Issue is that I also have a license for the AV product and would like to transfer that to the V3 license code. I've tried entering the code in the registration portal - but that don't work either.

I'm obviously reluctant to type the non-working codes in here - but anyone got any ideas of where I go to deal with this. I've tried mailing Astaro - but no result.

    Hi,
    Did you check your system date? The License Server will not load a license that hasn't started yet. You could also check if you have a proc called "license" running on the firewall. Since that is the proc that is in charge of loading the license that would be the first place to start looking for the problem. One more place where you might look is the file /etc/wfe/conf/license and see if your license gets saved from the WA.

    Now - does anyone have any idea how to transfer a AV license between one version of Astaro and another. Its only got a couple of months to go - so not a major problem but it would be nice
