pppoe - interface config lost

Hi all, 

i setup this FW for home use with pppoe (tdsl)
when i coonfigured the interface eth1 for pppoe the interface is always down - the username and passwd are correct ! (works well on other routers)  In the logfile (no answer form ac try again in 900 seconds) the second issue i have is after configuring the eth0 interface all works ok but after rebooting this device the information for the internal ip seems to be lost - only setting up the interface manual over the console let me connect to the firewall. 

any ideas

    update your machines manually! in the basic installation is a bug concerning dsl. after you have done updating no problems at all.

    i have 3.212 with T-DSL and it works perfect!  machine is up for 30 days now and no trouble at all....reconnect works fine after connection has resumed

    I have to admit I'm all new to Linux and especially ASL. How will I go about updating the ASL manually?

    Will I have to do a full reinstall, or could I just download the 3.212.tar.gpg file from the Astaro ftp server.

    I do have that file at hand... Now I don't know how I can get it into my Linux box. Could anyone explain step-by-step?

    Hi!

    I updateted to version 312 but still get the problem with connecting to ADSL to the same provider as Putti Plutti Pott
