registration woes

When I tried to register under this user name and id for the power user lic you system said that I was an unknown user and I was forced to re-register under the user scottb / 3325 what is up with that?  [:S]

    sorry.....                                     may be there is a bug in your license key.
    scottb/3325 is another member of this forum,
    I think is better you contact ASL team for this
    problem.

    I have looked in the database and the users motoxman and scottb exist and they are both registered to the same person.
       That means that your account was not removed or anything (there even is a lisence that is registered to that account) and that you have maybe forgot your password or maybe your browser (or proxy?) denies cookies. 
       My advice for you would be:
    • First, go to http://register.astaro.com and to enter the email that this account is registered to in the fetch password area. That way you will get a new password, so you can try to log in again. 
    • If that doesn't work check if you are getting the session cookie (set mozilla to confirm each cookie).
    • And if that doesn't work send another posting because I am out of ideas.

    I can use either account to post to the board and I know the password for both accounts

    specifically it says that I have no login.  I have cleared history and cookies started over and my options are to accept cookies .. guess its not that big of a deal just anoying
