New power user license

I use astaro 2.x from 1.x version into my lan with H24 HDSL connection. Then I want to try 3.2v.
The new type ogf licensing meet my LAN type. I upgrade directly Astaro 2.026v at 3.2v?
Or Usa I backup file of 2.x version and restoring it into 3.2v?
I don't remember my UBB.

    I gotta say that this Power User license is a great idea and gives much better flexibility to home users. The only thing I'm wondering is what constitues 'an active support power user in our Bulletin Board'. Is there a line here, or is it just some kinda vauge definition that you have a UBB account and occasionally use it?
