new version for works

I use into my office LAN ( 3 lan ) astaro 2.025.
Into my intranet there are 30 pc and 2 server.
With VPN I connect from my home.
Can I use the new version 3.2 or update it?
Give me information.
Upgrade to 3.2v give new functions and more performance?
