VPN NET-to-NET

I want to create four sites with VPN Net-to-Net with ASL. So i need to know if i cant to buy ASL product.

Site A, B, C, D have a ADSL 512kb each.
I don't have Static IP Address. If possible to create a VPN - NET-to-NET with some services like dyndns, dnstogo, or something like that? Or with ASL i need a static IP Address to do that. I see that i can't define a hostname only a IP address.

Please let me know....

    VPN with 2 dynamic endpoints is not quite secure, because you are relying on a (dns) service maintained /spoofable by 3rd party.

    afaik ASL is not able to handle these connections and I'm not sure if this will get implemented...
