Cannot find anotifier.pl

I am not receiving emails but this messag appears on the monitor:
Mail Delivery failed
anotifier: error calling "chroot /var/chroot-smtp /usr/local/bin/anotifier.pl "Portscan detected by [machine name]" /tmp/psd-alarm.txt [e-mail address]"
I noticed that I do not have a file called /usr/local/bin/anotifier.pl and I don't have a file called /tmp/psd-alarm.txt. Does anyone know how to get these files back?

    this seems to be a wrong error report.
    There is a program called anotifier, think
    Astaro usese it for the negotiations.

    As far as i know this file is generated dynamically by psd-watch.pl.

    I think psd-watch.pl monitores the logfile and sends an email if a portscan is detected.

    I do have a file called /usr/local/bin/anotifier.  I am not receiving my backup e-mails or portscan detection e-mails so I'm guessing anotifier.pl has something to do with sending mail.  

    Anotifier must be a script and has a variable called "NOTIFIER" which has the value of "/usr/local/bin/anotifier.pl"

    I think if I just had that file I would be okay.
