Error Code: -12227

While using Galeon 1.0.3 I was making some final configuration changes and changed the system certificate from the default one.  Once I hit the save button it logged me off and wanted me to re-login as expected under the new certificate.  Once I hit "OK" to accept the certificate it pops up the message stating "Error Code: -12227"  What does that mean?  I can still log in using Mozilla 0.9.8 so it should not be a problem with Astaro, I think.  What is there that I can do to get this to work?
