Mail Server.

Is there a distribution, similar in nature to Astaro for mail serving ?

I basically want an out of the box setup and config similar to Astaro but for the purposes of running a mail server instead of a firewall package.  Anyone know of any ?

    They have both email and webserver products. They are fairly new and work well (still need some clean up). We use them here for multiple domains. Both are stable. We are happy with the installs and both use Webadmin style administration. They need better backup and improved ability to install additional modules. For backup see www.tapeware.com. Backup software works well but won't install on email server yet.

    Dont forget Astaro is a Security Firewall not a application server.   Even in the smallets setups I dont like to run my firewall on the same server as the Mail server.   With Microsoft products it tends to raise many issues especially overtime.   Linux based ones are fine if you plan to run a non-exchange structure.

    I don't think Simon is looking for a firewall with mail serving capabilities.  If you read his post he is explicitly looking for a mail server, though nicely packaged and maybe with a nice web interface just like Astaro...

    and if anyone finds one, please let me know will ya....

    else I'll just have to build one myself.. seriously, I'm thinking of it... anyone in?
