How to automaticly reboot after system crash ??

Hi,
I have a little problem on my astaro box that i cant solve:
sometimes, after a long period of activity, my system crashe (sometimes after 1week or 3 weeks !)

there is no information about that on my logs (on all !!), so i cant find the reason !! Perhaps hardware incompatibility on network card ?? (i use 3c905B 100BaseTX [Cyclone] for my ext and Compaq Computer Corporation Netelligent 10/100 Dual for dmz and lan).

So, is it possible to install something like a watchdog on serial to automaticly reboot when the system crashe ??
(means no activity on the serial port) ??

Or there is any other solutions ???
