Unreal ports

hello - how would i add to the Services section udp ports: 7775-7776, 7778, 7779-7781, and 27900? are the 'to', and 'from' both the same port number(s)? then, how would i set up the Rules section to commit these services, and what the best order? 

(i want my lan access to the internet to play unreal)

    btw - are there an other services / rules that i will need to enable? currently im only allowing: HTTP, HTTPS, and DNS for my lan to the internet.

    (i just set this thing up, and really want to figure it out)
