NAT/Masq settings

How do I set up simple NAT/Masquerading for all computers on my internal network? I don't host any services inside my network. I just need them to be able to connect to the internet via any service. This new way of setting it up in 3.031 is just not very intuitive for me. Thanks.

    and what should i do, when i go to connect to a webserver in my DMZ from the Internet?
    I try something, but.... nothing runs.

    webserver WAN(Inet)->Webserver/http ... and now?

    Pls, gimmi some tipps...
