SQUID Security Problems

I'm assuming the squid running on asl is vulnerable, when can we expect an up2date for this?

    is this going to be addressed?  For a security solution you would think it would be more up to date with security fixes, especially remote root ones.

    They should address this.

    One thing I have noticed in the 3.0x versions that I am using... I can't block the SQUID port on specific networks.  I really want to be able to do this.  Then we wouldn't have to worry about hackers on the GLOBAL port if we can shut squid off from opening that port on that IP.
