bug with vmware and 3 NIC...

Hi,
After some tests, i ve posted the pb in the hack/beta forum (v3.0.20) and i ve tested too with 2.0 :
creating a VM for astaro, 3 NIC,
-one bridged (RED if)
-one on VMNET2 (GREEN if)
-one on VMNET3 (ORANGE if DMZ)
install , the third NIC is not detected... (no IRQ/BUS/... only the MAC address)
creating 2 others VM (VM2 and VM3)one with a NIC on VMNET2 (internal machine VM2 on  GREEN) one with a NIC on VMNET3 (dmz machine VM3 on ORANGE), all are Mandrake 8.1.
On the host (that support all of the VM) addeed 2 NIC connected to VMNET2 and to VMNET3, machine running NT2K.  
-Connectivity test between VM2 or VM23 and HOST [:$] K
-Connectivity test between FW and VM2 : Ok
-Connectivity test between FW and HOST: Ok
-Connectivity test between FW and VM3 : NO!
if i try a ping from the FW, kernel crash and reboot !
