Slow webadmin

Hello all,

i have some problems with a really slow webadmin and ssh access. My cpu is at 50-100% and my free mem is only 6MB of 128MB. the process that is working most is kupdated adn syslogd. Is kupdated supposed to have 25-50% Cpu?
Im running on a 1GHZ P3 with 128MB ram. Will uppgrade to 256 this evening but im not sure if it will help. I im running Version 3.020 but will try 2.016 soon.
