Network Names Not Updated in PSD Network Exclusion List

Modifying the Name of a network definition in the Network Definitions is not reflected in the PSD Network Exclusion List.

thx a lot for this bug report!
I confirm this bug in WebAdmin 2.019, one of the next Up2Date (but not 2.020) will include a fixed version. The announcement text will list this bugfix.
