Problem with mail queue

As I'm having problems with qmail not sending mails I had mire then 29000 mails in the queue. I tried to get rid of them by deleting the contents of /var/chroot-smtp/var/qmail/queue/info.
Now when I go to "Reporting" -> "SMTP Proxy" all I can see there is :
QMAIL Status:

messages in queue: -1
messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 0

Queue:
fatal: unable to opendir info/2: file does not exist

Timeouts: 1
fatal: unable to open tcpto: file does not exist


In the logfile it says:

I use ASL 2.019. What can I do or what have I done wrong ?
