I'm running ASL 2.018. I was wondering why I didn't get any notification mails. My mail account is an external one where the mail server is not behind the ASL but in the internet. Before I put the machine online it was running stand alone (but with notification mail address configured). The SMTP proxy is disabled. When I take a look in the SMTP Proxy reports it tells me that there are more then 29000 (!!!) mails in the queue and that no mails are in the queue but not yet processed.
My questions are:
1. Why do I recieve no notification mails ?
2. How do I get rid of the 29000 mails in the queue ?
Unfortunately the manual does not give enough informations about this topic.
