Can't ping internal network

Any one knows why ASL server can ping only to some hosts?
ASL IP: 172.20.60.111
Ping: 172.20.60.1   OK
Ping: 172.20.60.2   OK
Ping: 172.20.60.3   OK
Ping: 172.20.60.N N>3 not OK

Why???
I use the ping tool of the webadmin and directly loged into ASL with ssh and always the same error
