dhcpd problem

This problem is really freaking me out, been working on it for hours now, this is my network setup

dmz = 10.10.1.0/255.255.255.0
internal 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
external 213.114.x.x/255.255.255.128
my external ip i get trough that homemade dhcp

it worked fine for about 2days, then all of the sudden it have cut all routes to dmz!!
if i ping 10.10.1.1(fw nic) it works but as soon as i´m going beynd that it´s "network unreachable"

route is 
"dmz-nic --> external-nic"
"internal-nic ---> external-nic

and masq
internal-net --> external-nic
dmz-net ---> external-nic

and everything works just fine from internal net, but nothing works from dmz...wierd stuff
