Configuration Auto Backup

I am noticing a strange issue on receiving the emails with Auto Backup.  Previously I have been receiving the emails with the auto backup file attached, but now I get garbled text in the body of the message and there is no file attached.

I have tried this with two email clients: Outlook Express and Netscape Mail.

Any ideas?
