Reply on Mail Message

We use the Astaro 2.0 as a mail-relay server for our messaging-system. Whe I send a message to the mail-server it's relayed by the Astaro and everything is OK. But when I reply on a received message the message is not accepted by the Astaro. Can somebody help me?

The mail-client is a Webmail-client. When I use an other SMTP-relay server it's working fine.
