NETDEV WATCHDOG problem

every night i get this message from firewall kernel. and while this happend, i will get timeout to my server. and dont understand why it is happend... any ideas??

    hi again... (to myself too!)

    i checked around and saw some post about that transmit timed out is a kernel bug... seem has been fixed after 2.4.9, what kernel is astaro using?

    i am not sure what is it about at all.  [:)]
