masquerading and rules

I use masquerading. My problem is: If someone use ipspoofing (would come in with an intern IP-Adress), do i have to set a special rule to stop this?
Maybe, it a easy question, but i'm a beginner.

  • Hi namina ,

masquerading is one way. An attacker can not
establish a connection from outside to inside.

Second, our firewall solution detects IP spoofing.
If the kernel gets a packet on the right interface
with an address of the left network it would be
    blocked.
