Webadmin is slow after change to Prod

Hi,
after I placed the asl into part produktiv i 
notice that webadmin is slow (very slow ...),
i've a usr + dmz lan, ~ 50 user in usr (masq) and 1 test host in DMZ doing DNAT, cpu is at ~ 25 %,
the asl is a P900 with 256MB RAM.
What could cause that problem ?
