E-Mail Backup File is NOT working

Can someone point me in the right direction as to why would I not receive the backup file via e-mail.

I have set the valid e-mail address and interval to daily, but still not receiving anything.

Thank you.

P.S. E-mail works fine from elsewhere.

how about error messages from astaro to the same email-address? If there is a way to your email you will get some error-messages like: wrong domain, ...

did you look into /var/log/mail or /var/log/cron?
