change password in local database

hello

I want to use the local database as authentification primary for PPTP.

But for additional security I want to use
periodically altering passwords.
Lets say every day a new password.
In combination with an password-list for
e.g. 30 days.

For automatization I looked for the file
and I found it, but the file was deciphered and
protected by an hash-code.
Does someone know how to generate local-password-db by yourself. or better.
How can I change the passwords in the local-DB
automatically, lets say via script.

unfortunately index.pl is in an P-code or something, that I can't see how the files is generatd originally.

Or are there other solutions?
