How to Block Morpheus, GNutella, Kazaa

Hi,
does anyone know how to block morpheus, Gnutella,.... Which Ports must be blocked?

Gnutella generally uses 6346 - but it is configuratble. Probably better to disable all ports except the essentials e.g. 80
