Does astaro support Oracle connections?  If so how can I set it up.

    Hi serge,

    yes we support oracle connections.

    These connections are also based on tcp/udp connections.

    You have do define the according service in WebAdmin > Definitions > Service:

    I am not familiar with oracle, but here is a list of known oracle ports.



    Another easy way is to try to connect through the firewall and monitor the Packet Filter Violation LiveLog.

    There you see which port is tried to connect to.
    Define a service where this port is allowed and add a packet filter rule and you are set.

    Hope that awnsers your quesstion.
