Bandwith/traffic control

Does Astaro support or plan to support any type of bandwith control as supported by the current Netfilter code?

I mean, web-administrable bandwith control with complex rules like slicing a 1Mbps internet connection into 500Kbps web traffic, 100Kbps mail, 100Kbps ftp, 300Kpbs anything else...
