New User Setup - Please Help!!! :)

Hello,

I am a network Admin for a small startup company of 25.  I have 5 servers running which is alot for a company of this size.

Server1 - 2000 Advanced Server - VPN & File 
Server2 - 2000 Advanced Server - Image Server
Server3 - 2000 Advanced Server - Web Server and 7.0 SQL.

Enterprise 250 - Solaris 8 & Oracle 8i
Ultra 10 - BEA's Weblogic Application Server
(These 2 servers are development servers which a remote DBA using SSH to work remotely)

Two 3 of 5 servers have public ip's and the other have 10. IP's distributed by our Cisco 1720 Router.

At this point, I have individual firewall software packages installed on each box with a public IP.  I use Blackice Defender for Server on the (2) Windows Servers with public IP's and Sunscreen Lite for the Sun box with a public IP.

I want to throw Astaro on a PIII 600/256MB of Ram spare computer that we have in the office.  

Is this a better solution than I currently have and should I install two NICS? Where do I get started.

    You MUST install 2 nics  [:)]on router and your LAN.
