what packets ? which source/destination port ?

are you sure you're not infected with a worm on some windows machine ?

    I have astaro system v.2.010 and there is a serious bug: astaro send automaticaly on internet a lot of packets and that packets are generated by astaro and not from traffic of users!!! This problem spent a lot of my band (i have a 2Mb line and I have a pay-to-use contract). I must restart Astaro!!! And this a problem because I use it like router.......!!!!null

    I suppose that there aren't machine infected by worm because if I restart Astaro, the normal situation is restablished.  [:S]

    Hi biapar,

    this sound unbelievable.... (the only packets ASL is sending out are from the Selfmonitoring notification emails)
     
    What says (starte as root) iptables -L -nv. The seconds column give the size of the matched packets. Which one is the highest?

    Mah... This is a great problem!! I have seen that this problem or high traffic is verified from 1AM and 10AM when only 3 Pc are active: 3 server & Astaro ( I have spent 1.9Gb in 10h!!!!!!!!! This is a great Problem ). Then the 3 server are clean and astaro? Boh. Then I restarted Astaro and I have the normal traffic (only 4-12Mb in 1 day)...
