delay notice and failure notice

1- How do I modify the time of sending delay messages to users? I want to send delay notices after 1 hour, then 4, 16, 24, 48 and then stop. It´s terrible to receive so many e-mails.

2- How do I discard warning messages sent to me when a user does not exist? 

Example:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at my.domain.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Sorry, I couldn't find any host named domain.com. (#5.1.2)
