Boot Disk, stupid stupid question, sorry

Ok, Ive used rawrite many many times before, and I know that rawrite \bdisk needs a source file to copy from to the A:

Now, where is that file?  Also, this is not in the documentation.

Any help appreciated.  My damn gateway 2000 hates CD boots. =(
