ALARMS ? ?

i keep getting 2 alarms in my email.. anyone know what there for?

1)*******
ALARM - to much memory for a single process:
142016 kb for /usr/local/bin/nacctd

swap usage to high: 102808 > 100000 kB

im using Astaro Security Linux  2.000
with a pentium 2 350, 128m ram, 20gig drive
