Accounting - problem after update

After the update to 1.952 the accounting don't work like before.

Reporting-Accounting:
Wednesday     29. August    2001:       137.800.963 Bytes
Thursday      30. August    2001:            11.891 Bytes
Friday        31. August    2001:             6.724 Bytes

On Wednesday i installed the update via Up2Date Service. Now i get only a few bytes every day...
whats wrong?

    hmm, i forgot to say that we changed also the hostname and the default gateway on that day. could this be the reason?
    now the accounting works normal.

    Saturday       1. September 2001:            13.810 Bytes
    Sunday         2. September 2001:        10.295.348 Bytes
    Monday         3. September 2001:       133.522.080 Bytes
