nacctd not starting..

I'm running the latest beta, and when I boot the box up I get an error when it tries to start nacctd. This is a clean install with all the default options...Also, I can ping out from the firewall box, but I cannot ping out from one of the box's on the private network...It is connected, because I can configure the firewall through the web browser..I guess I'm really lost...Here's my settings..

I have 5 statics..

.177 is my gateway, and 178-182 are useable.
DNS is: 206.13.28.12 & 206.13.31.12

RED:
IP: 66.123.###.178
Subnet mask is: 255.255.255.248

GREEN:
IP: 192.168.1.100
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

For the localhost gateway in the network section of the configuration ( very top ), should it be my private networks gateway -- 192.168.1.1?
or should it be: 66.123.###.177?

Also, where do I put the DNS stuff? or is that just needed on the client machines?
