No IP on my local network

When you are doing the install you should be defining your INTERNAL network addresses.  To me it sounds like you were doing the other way around.

Since ASL is really easy to configure, and putting internal machines on private IPs has several advantages, I really can't see your point. I suggest you use one IP from your ISP for the exteranl, interface, all private numbers on the internal and use, if needed, some other IP numbers to redirect particular services to internal machines with DNAT. that's all I'm doing myself here with ASL.

xtech, I think I understand what you are experiencing.
You have an ISP assigned IP range, which you are trying to use on both the inside and the outside of the astaro server. This is not possible!
To solve this, you need to investigate Proxy ARP (see Network | Interfaces - and a checkbox next to each NIC)

The easiest way to set up things, is to assign a valid ip-address for the external IP, and do masquerading with a private network on the inside.
Masquerading/NAT is an added security measure to your network.
