internal server error accessing docs web site

I am using IE 5.5 and I get a internal server error message when I try to download the following file:
http://docs.astaro.org/docs/clean_queue_from_delay_notification.pl.gz

same happens to me
It is a perl script. Apache wants to
execute it, use your right mouse button,
choose "save as" ...

I did right click and save as and it still does NOT work, it says error downloading file.

fixed it by zipping it up instead.
